How KuponGuru makes money
- Affiliate commissions. A merchant or its affiliate network pays us a share when someone buys through our link.
- Referral credit. Some programmes credit both sides. Where that happens, the offer says what each side receives.
- Ads. Google AdSense shows ads on some pages. We do not choose the individual ads.
- Membership. Paid plans unlock members-only offers and extra features.
How to tell which links pay us
- Under every button that leads to a paid link: “This is an affiliate link. KuponGuru may earn a commission if you buy through it, at no additional cost to you.”
- Brand pages with a paid relationship say so at the top. Guides carry a disclosure in the article.
- Paid links are marked
rel="sponsored"for search engines. Links that pay us nothing are not. - Links go straight to the merchant. We do not hide or disguise where a link leads.
We place the disclosure beside the link itself, following the principle in the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s guidance on endorsements that a disclosure should be seen without having to look for it.

What money does not change
- Verification. An offer is marked verified only after a person reads it on the merchant’s own page. See how we verify offers.
- Your price. A paid link does not make anything cost more. Where a referral link carries its own discount, the offer says so.
- What we say about a product. Guides state limits, renewal prices and catches whether or not the merchant pays us.
What money can affect: which single offer we promote in the corner card or feature on the homepage. We choose those, and they are often offers that pay us.
