Terms of use

KuponGuru lists coupons, deals, free credits and student offers from other companies, and publishes guides, free tools, prompts and design resources. We do not sell the merchants’ products or services, and we are not a party to anything you buy from them.

Every offer says how it was checked — verified against the merchant’s own page, reported from a named source, or not yet checked — as described in how we verify offers. Merchants can still change or end an offer at any time, without telling us.

• The merchant’s own terms at checkout are the ones that apply. Where they differ from what is written here, theirs win.
• Check the price, eligibility and end date on the merchant’s site before you buy.
• We cannot make a merchant honour an offer, and we are not responsible if a code or link stops working.

If something is out of date, please tell us so we can correct it.

Some links on KuponGuru are affiliate or referral links: if you buy through them, the merchant may pay us a commission, at no extra cost to you. The site also shows ads from Google AdSense. The affiliate disclosure explains how this works and how it does and does not affect what we publish.

• You need an account only for features such as saving deals, members-only offers and some tools. Browsing does not require one.
• Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
• One account per person. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the site, other users or merchants.
• You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing info@kuponguru.com from the address you signed up with.

Paid plans and what they include are listed on the membership page. Payment is made by sending money through bKash and entering the transaction ID at checkout.

• A payment is checked by a member of staff before the plan starts. If we cannot match it, we tell you by email and the plan does not start.
• A plan runs for the period you paid for. Nothing renews or charges you automatically.
• If you paid for something you did not receive, contact us with the transaction ID. This does not limit any rights you have under consumer law where you live.

The guides, descriptions, prompts, designs and software on KuponGuru belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You may use them for your own purposes. You may not copy the catalogue at scale, republish it as your own, or resell members-only material.

The free tools process your files and text in your browser. What you make with them is yours. They are provided as they are, so keep your own copy of anything important.

Do not:

• scrape the site automatically, or use it in a way that slows it down for others;
• get round usage limits, members-only access or security measures;
• create accounts automatically, or submit false ratings or reports;
• use the site for anything unlawful or to harm anyone.

Links take you to sites we do not control. Their terms and privacy policies apply there, and we are not responsible for their content, products or practices.

We work to keep KuponGuru accurate and available, but the site and its tools are provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, for a merchant’s actions, or for an offer changing or ending. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site afterwards means you accept the new version. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks them.
