About the ATS Resume Checker

Paste your resume or upload a PDF or Word file, and the checker shows the text a parser would extract, then tests it for what trips parsers up: missing contact details, non-standard headings, columns, mixed date formats and text it cannot read. Add a job description to see which of its repeated terms your resume already covers and which are missing. Every finding says what it found; there is no mystery score.

Is this the score employers see?

No. No applicant tracking system publishes a score, and employers configure them differently. This checker reports concrete things that commonly cause problems and which job-ad terms your resume contains, so you can see exactly why each result appears.

Why does my PDF come out jumbled or empty?

A PDF made from a design tool, a two-column layout, or a scan often has no clean text layer. The text box shows what could be read; if it looks jumbled here, many parsers will read it the same way. Exporting from a word processor with a single column usually fixes it.

Is my resume uploaded?

No. PDF and Word files are read in your browser, and nothing you paste or upload is sent to KuponGuru or stored.
