Questions
How is reading time worked out?
At 238 words a minute, the average silent reading speed for non-fiction found by a 2019 review of 190 studies (Brysbaert). Speaking time uses 150 words a minute, a common pace for presentations.
Does it count Bangla correctly?
Yes. Words are found with the browser's language-aware segmenter rather than by splitting on spaces, so Bangla, and text that mixes Bangla and English, is counted word by word.
Is my text uploaded or stored?
No. The tool runs in this browser tab. What you paste is never sent to KuponGuru, and it is gone when you close the tab.
