About the Receipt Generator

Give customers a proper receipt for what they paid. Record what was bought, how it was paid — cash, bKash, card or bank transfer — and whether it was paid in full or in part, and the receipt shows the balance still owed.

How to use it

  2. 2Add what was paid for and how it was paid; switch on partial payment if it was not paid in full.

Questions

Can I record a partial payment?

Yes. Switch on partial payment and enter the amount received; the receipt shows both the amount received and the balance remaining.

Can I write it in Bangla, with the ৳ sign?

Yes — use Print or save as PDF, which lays out Bangla and the taka sign correctly. The one-click Download PDF uses the standard PDF fonts, which cover Latin text only: it writes the taka sign as BDT and tells you if any field needs the print route instead.

Is my document saved or uploaded?

Your draft and your business details are kept in this browser only, so you can come back to them. Nothing is sent to KuponGuru. Clearing your browser data, or using a private window, removes them.
