Questions
Is it really random and fair?
Yes. Numbers come from the browser's cryptographic random generator, and the range is applied by rejection sampling, which avoids the small bias that the common remainder method gives to lower numbers.
Can I use it for a giveaway draw?
Yes — paste one entrant per line and pick as many winners as you need; nobody can be picked twice. For a public draw, record your screen so entrants can see it was done fairly.
